Nineteen foursomes were greeted by a beautiful morning to tee off for the 8th annual Kenn Borek Air Charity Golf Tournament held at the D’arcy Ranch Golf Course on Friday July 15, 2022. This year we were excited to donate all proceeds to Can Praxis EAL.
Can Praxis EAL is a unique organization that provides Equine-Assisted Therapy for the Veteran and First Responder communities. They help Veterans, First Responders (serving and retired) and their families living with Operational Stress Injuries (OSI) such as Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD). Although attendance was the second lowest that we have seen in all our Charity Golf Tournaments, our participants and sponsors were very generous as we managed to raise the second highest total dollar amount of $12,892.81!
Thank you to the employees at Kenn Borek Air who participated in a special 50/50 draw for this event, the golfers who participated, as well as the volunteers and organizers who contributed in making this year’s Charity Golf Tournament a great success!
